Who Do I Advocate For?
While I serve clients from a wide array of backgrounds, Mombrun Law, PLLC is primarily geared towards serving Estate Planning Clients. Whether you’re a young person seeking to better understand Estate Planning or an older adult looking to leave a legacy for the next generation, I can help.
Many of my clients are new to Estate Planning, and I’m here to answer your questions about the process, help you select the right documents for your goals, and make the Estate Planning process simpler and smoother.
What Problems Can I Help You Solve?
You’ve likely heard terms like “will” or “trust,” but be unsure exactly what they refer to or which estate planning tool is best for you. As your attorney, I’ll explain these options to you in plain yet helpful language, ensuring you understand what each document accomplishes.
Is English your second language? I’ll be sure to break down estate planning in clear, simple terms, educating you and empowering you to make the right choices for yourself and your loved ones.
Estate planning doesn’t have to be frightening; with the right legal help, it can be simple, organized, and readily tailored to your family’s needs.
How Can I Make A Difference For You?
While attorneys are certainly trained and well-educated, a hallmark of my legal practice is to be approachable, friendly, and caring, as well. For example, do you have irregular work hours or childcare needs that take up extra time? I can work around your schedule and meet with you when it’s convenient for you and your family.
Do you have a unique family situation or financial concerns that require careful planning? I’ll get to know you as an individual and work with your goals to tailor an estate plan that cares for and protects your loved ones and your assets.
A Track Record That Speaks For Itself
One of my greatest professional achievements has been establishing my own firm, Mombrun Law, PLLC, in July of 2019. It was a big step to move from a smaller firm with a guaranteed paycheck to a practice of my own, but this has allowed me to better help my clients and tailor my career to serving people who genuinely need my help.
Uniquely, I also have a Masters of Law In Taxation, which allows me to tailor your estate plans in light of State and Federal taxation, helping the next generation retain more of the assets you’ve left for them. Unsure of how taxes might affect your beneficiaries? Simply ask, and I’ll break down the present and future impacts for you.
Who I Am
I was born in Haiti and moved to the United States when I was 10 years old, growing up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While I initially wanted to be a Medical Doctor, I realized in college that Law was a better fit for me.
I’ve always loved analytical thinking, research, and helping people, and my career as an Estate Planning attorney allows me to do all three on my own terms.
I value clear communication, efficiency, and collaboration with each of my clients. You’re not a number to me; you’re a person, and your concerns and needs deserve tailored care, attention, and quality legal guidance at each step.
